The owner calls it "Numad", based on an 82 El Camino/Malibu G-body platform, with 68 Malibu wagon rear quarter windows, and Caddy vertical tail lights.
I imagine something like this... dressed cleanly in one or two colors.
A SBC would be expected... But I can only imagine it with a turbo 4.3 V6, like a mix between a GNX and a 2WD lower-roof Typhoon.
If built from a GMC Caballero, perhaps with Pontiac or Buick G-body front end pieces, and GNX fender flares... that could be a hot non-Chevy mashup.
Something like this, with the above long roof.
